Bought a canam buggy. Purchase and pickup experience was easy but there were missing parts in the box so I've been unable to complete assembly.
Have tried getting in contact with support. Initially they were reasonbly ok to respond and said the replacement parts would be arranged, and closed the support ticket without getting my address details. It's now been 3 weeks and haven't seen any parts or heard from them since. Have tried reaching out multiple times but get no reponse.
