I purchased the kids Toyota hilux for a Christmas present. It is now not working and after copious emails back and forward we still have no resolution. Customized service is atrocious.

Purchased the tractor, has not worked since week 2 of owning it. Have made contact numerous times over the last few months & have purchased a new charger (1mth from new) been sent a switch which didn’t work. Have been told to buy new batteries. I have tried to return tractor & it’s like getting blood out of a stone. Still trying to send it back

Hi we have been waiting on a replacement vehicle to be sent from you since xmas eve and all we are getting is the run around. We are sick of it and if we dont have it on our door step by next friday being 15/03/2024 we will be taking this matter further to department of fair trading.

Our $499 tractor arrived with broken tray. Have contacted company to be told it will be referred on and they will get back to me within 24-48 hours. I still have not received any contact regarding remediation of this issue and we are two business days before Xmas. Looks like our expensive present won’t be able to be gifted. Very disappointing

If I could give zero stars I would! No response to numerous calls, emails and contact forms regarding our product that does not move. We cannot charge the tractor to see what it can do. Getting no response from you and then you send me this feedback email???? Really??? I deal with a lot of companies online and this is the worst aftercare I have EVER experienced.

I made a purchase 3 weeks ago and have only received my receipt that I paid but haven't had any other communication in regards to when my purchase will be sent.

Terrible after sales support. If your product is faulty they will do everything in there power to avoid fixing it. They refuse to give refunds and promise to send you parts to fix yourself. Even then the parts don't turn up.

It’s been more than a week I am trying to reach someone at Little Riders customer support. The delivery of my order has been rejected and the product has been delivered back to Little Riders. Now I would like to specify a new address for delivery but nobody answering my calls or emails. Very disappointed, and sad for my son who is waiting for his toy…

BEWARE!!! Received tractor with broken gearstick , called little riders rep and was told to email short video of the tractor's broken part. Have emailed them twice to see what was going to happen but got no response. I would not order anything for little riders again.

Not satisfied with item , it came to me damaged with a giant scrape on it like box was dragged along rough concrete or thrown off a truck . The plastic on rear of car has been worn away 20mm deep and losing bottom section of guards and bumpers as it was dragged for a far distance . Tried emailing them with images asking for a new car or a refund and all they could offer was a set of number plates valued at 50 dollars . Very disappointed at this service .

Email me saying it was ready for pick up. Driving 2 hour down to pick up once there got told it was not there 4 hours round trip for nothing.. Steering on car isn't great ..

Top dollar for product. Lasted 15mins on Christmas morning before the gears stripped, had to explain to a 2yo that his car was broken. (Many tears)

I have purchased the 6 wheel amg Mercedes’. However it’s a faulty item. Unfortunately it’s taking a very long time for anything to be done about it. I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks now for a resolution.

Purchased the digger but doesn’t seem to be working. Lights and radio works when battery is connected, so doesn’t seem to be battery. Have emailed little riders for assistance (doesn’t appear to have a phone number) but yet to receive an answer. Hopefully they will be able to assist quickly. Our son is very keen to try it
