“Bought a canam buggy. Purchase and pickup experience was easy but there were missing parts in the box so I've been unable to complete assembly.
Have tried getting in contact with support. Initially they were reasonbly ok to respond and said the replacement parts would be arranged, and closed the support ticket without getting my address details. It's now been 3 weeks and haven't seen any parts or heard from them since. Have tried reaching out multiple times but get no reponse.”

However it took awhile for the product to be ready for pickup even though they said it will be ready within 24-48 hours.
I had annual leave that week so was hoping to pick it up that week. Was finally ready for pickup the week after but I had work so had to find time to pick it up. They gave a reminder that I better pick it up within the next few days or else they'll charge extra storage fees. Emailed them to see if they could extend it an extra couple days. They said no.
So had to skip work to pick it up.
Stressful.”
“The rear motors on this product broke the next day of using. It was purchased for my sons 5th birthday, he rode it for a total of 3 hours on his birthday and when he went to ride it the next day, the rear motors started making a terrible sound and started to spark! He was very upset with the fact he couldn’t use his brand new awesome toy! And I was very disappointed in the fact this happened so soon for a product that is fairly expensive.”
