The product itself (tractor) is well built and as mostly as described. Its very big, although the seat is not adjustable and as such children over 5 struggle to sit in it (despite saying up to 8 years old).D
Customer service and delivery needs improvement. Dont expect this product to arrive quickly, even when living in the same city as their distubution centres. Had to call support 10 times, sometimes rude, dont know where the prodcut is, blamed the shiipping company etc, eventually spoke with manager who was more helpful.
