As I said on the phone when I complained that the delivery driver did not knock on the door as usual he or she just dumped the pallet in the middle of the drive and then drove off. I have been using Logs Direct for a good while and expect better service. I did phone you to complain and you said you would look into it but so far no reply so if you want to retain my custom please revert.
