Delivery was prompt (4 days after putting in the order), the office was very helpful (our property isn't the easiest to find or approach especially with an 18t lorry. The guy who delivered was excellent. Topsoil was very good quality, as was the mushroom compost (few sticks and stones but actually pretty minimal).
