Very good when ordering something off the website. But when it was actually delivered, the bag itself was just in the box, just the box and the bag, no plastic to cover the bag. Also no key to be able to use the zip lock code. I expected much better packaging with everything that should be inside for the money that I spent on it. But it’s a really nice bag.
