“Kelly has been excellent in communication when my bag was not even shipped although I purchased with next day delivery. I’m flying out today to Madrid and I explained that to her as she said it may not come in time. Kelly went above and beyond trying to get it to me and it worked!! Great communication she didn’t build my hopes up too much but tried her best.
Now I’m off to Madrid with my beautiful bag I ordered so thank you excellent service I will be purchasing more to my set from you well done Kelly superstar!!”
