“Ordered two Samsonite cases at the same time and at a great price. Luggage Superstore service was very prompt and helpful. Let down by poor packaging (box not taped properly, causing it to burst open during transit) and poor DPD delivery with one case being delivered as promised and the other being sent to the wrong depot (and being returned to their national hub), causing late delivery and arriving with damaged packaging (see photo case not damaged). It's the little details that make great service.”

“The luggage I ordered arrived just 48 hours after placing the order on line. Unfortunately, the TSA lock on one piece did not function but a replacement was quickly arranged. However, DPD lost the reaplcement in transit but another was quickly sorted and that did arrive. So, it's been a bit of a roller coaster ride but Kelly in LS Customer Services is to be commended for her work in sorting out the issues quickly - unlike DPD who are not!”
