“I hadn’t bought anything from this company before. They were the only one that had the Radley bag I wanted in stock. It arrived promptly but when I went to use it the clip on the cross over strap was broken. I emailed customer services who responded within minutes. They arranged a new clip to be sent to me direct from Radley. Fantastic customer service. Fully recommend”
