“Bought a suitcase and after only a 2nd holiday, part of the zip stitching had split and I was missing 3 of the zip sliders. I contact Luggage Superstore and they asked me to provide photos, which I did, and based on the photos they offered a replacement or full refund. Even though I liked the suitcase, I was a bit recticent to get a direct replacement in case the same thing occurred, so I requested a refund, which they provided without quibble.
I then ordered another suitcase. When it arrived it was clear that I hadn't checked the dimensions as it was huge! I raised a return and Luggage Superstore provided a no quibble at their expense returns label.
When I received the refund, I ordered a 3rd suitcase (different make and model than the original) which so far I am happy with.
So in my experience, I would recommend Luggage Superstore as a great company to deal with with great customer service.”

“The website portrays delivery in 1 to 3 days. Only when order is placed do you get advised on 1 to 10 days delivery. If I had known delivery would take so long I would have ordered elsewhere. Order shows as awaiting fulfilment for well over a week. It did arrive within time frame given when order placed just not what your website portrays.”
