Instead of following the instructions, the parcel was returned and delivered to the post office, which caused me significant inconvenience. Bringing such a large and heavy parcel from the post office was quite difficult, especially without any conveyance, and I had to take time out of my busy schedule to do so during work hours. If I hadn't specified the delivery instructions, I wouldn't be complaining, but in this case, they were ignored. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed with the service.”

Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the service provided by our chosen courier DPD.
I have reviewed the details provided by DPD and the instructions you provided. The driver likely did not feel your porch was a safe location to leave the parcel as there is no security such as a door, it is an open porch. DPD policy is that only one delivery attempt has to be made before an item can be taken to a local drop shop. The drop shop used for this delivery was 0.7miles (3 minute drive) from your home address and was made the same day, allowing collection as soon as the following working day.
We did not receive any contact from yourself regarding this matter whereby we could have arranged an alternative delivery option if collection from the pick up shop was not suitable for your schedule.
On this occasion we feel DPD provided their service in accordance with their policies.

“The item was exactly what I ordered and arrived earlier than expected. However, it has only had 2 trips since receiving it and the wheels seem buckled (especially the left one).
It was not overly packed, weighed 19kgs at check in and I am just perturbed that this should not be like that.

I am sorry to see you provided a 1 star review. All our delivery methods are advertised on the product page and also at checkout prior to purchase. This changes depending on the product, even down to the colour chosen and quantity.
Your order provided a 1-3 working day delivery timeframe, this would have been advised at checkout prior to purchase and also confirmed in your order confirmation email. Sadly the item ordered was not available for next day delivery.
