“Please with the service from order to delivery. I only give 3 starts because I was given a discount of 5% as a returning customer, however after placing the order I noticed a 10% discount for new customers.
For just 5% it is likely that you will never see another order from me again.”

“Lugagge great, ordering from luggage superstore great, good communcations - only gripe is dreadfiul DPD delivery service who left suitcase on parallel street, on the doorstep of a house with a big number 2 on it when we live at number 60!!!”

“The item was exactly what I ordered and arrived earlier than expected. However, it has only had 2 trips since receiving it and the wheels seem buckled (especially the left one).
It was not overly packed, weighed 19kgs at check in and I am just perturbed that this should not be like that.

“Choosing and Ordering the suitcase was fairly straight forward and delivery was earlier than expected, which was good. However, disappointed that there is a small scuff mark on the luggage as received, even though it was in a cardboard box.”

“I placed an order with luggage superstore, but didn't receive any shipping information till a much later date! I had to ask regarding this via an online chat. The item I had ordered did eventually arrive at the time they had specified. The luggage itself seemed a little smaller than advertised regarding the listed dimensions, but due to its double deck design I assume that the bag will be able to expand/carry the given listed weight. The bag's inbuilt lock was also set wrongly under various digits, so I had to second guess that the combination would of been initially set to 000 at the start. Luckily it did work, otherwise I wouldn't of been able to use the bag without having to get back in contact with Luggage superstore. Overall I think the item was very overpriced for its size, but offers a 3 year guarantee! time will tell this with the outcome. I would recommend Luggage superstore, and more variety for future comparisons available would also be good for them i.e. more brands available/luggage types. I would also recommend better communication with regards to as and when the item will be shipped after payment.”
“Very good when ordering something off the website. But when it was actually delivered, the bag itself was just in the box, just the box and the bag, no plastic to cover the bag. Also no key to be able to use the zip lock code. I expected much better packaging with everything that should be inside for the money that I spent on it. But it’s a really nice bag.”

I can see that your order was dispatched from us the day after you placed the order with us. As we have had the weekend to contend with and as it is going to an area of the UK with a 2 day delivery window, this is why you have not yet received your order.
I have however looked at the tracking and can see that it is due for delivery with you today.

I am really sorry to see this about the delivery issues that you had with your order. I have had a look through our communication channels and cannot see any correspondence with yourself about these issues. However, after looking into the tracking, I can see that there were quite a few issues with DPD. I can only apologise about this.

All of our prices are inclusive of VAT, so I am a little confused as to what additional payments had to me made with regards to this. Could you please email us at customerservice@luggagesuperstore.co.uk, so we could discuss this further.
We try to be 100% transparent with our pricing - In fact, with everything that we do, so I really would like to get to the bottom of why you felt you had to pay extra VAT.
