I placed an order with luggage superstore, but didn't receive any shipping information till a much later date! I had to ask regarding this via an online chat. The item I had ordered did eventually arrive at the time they had specified. The luggage itself seemed a little smaller than advertised regarding the listed dimensions, but due to its double deck design I assume that the bag will be able to expand/carry the given listed weight. The bag's inbuilt lock was also set wrongly under various digits, so I had to second guess that the combination would of been initially set to 000 at the start. Luckily it did work, otherwise I wouldn't of been able to use the bag without having to get back in contact with Luggage superstore. Overall I think the item was very overpriced for its size, but offers a 3 year guarantee! time will tell this with the outcome. I would recommend Luggage superstore, and more variety for future comparisons available would also be good for them i.e. more brands available/luggage types. I would also recommend better communication with regards to as and when the item will be shipped after payment.
