“The driver delivered to the wrong address and the only indication was an email to say it was taken in by a neighbour at 2, 2. We live in a house and there are very few flats on our road.
I called DPD 3 times that afternoon to try and get it resolved but no joy and no follow up by them.
I will cancel and buy through Amazon instead. Don’t bother going directly to the vendor. I tried it and it failed spectacularly!”
“The bag I ordered arrived in a dirty plastic bag with no paper packaging and the zip pull was broken and missing!
Now have to send back and wait for a replacement. Not good!”
“Disappointed with the delivery component of my purchase. A next day delivery was paid for yet it will only be delivered 3 days later. This is not acceptable.”

Apologies for the delayed response to your review. I've had chance to look at the tracking and can see that we dispatched the item within 12 hours of receiving your order. DPD had a couple of failed delivery attempts to the shipping address, then a customer request was made for another delivery date, which is why it was delayed getting to you.
I am very sorry about this but you were due to receive your order the day after you placed the order with us, unfortunately, it looks like you were unable to accept the delivery on the due date, which is why it was late being delivered.
