The driver delivered to the wrong address and the only indication was an email to say it was taken in by a neighbour at 2, 2. We live in a house and there are very few flats on our road.
I called DPD 3 times that afternoon to try and get it resolved but no joy and no follow up by them.
I will cancel and buy through Amazon instead. Don’t bother going directly to the vendor. I tried it and it failed spectacularly!
