The item was exactly what I ordered and arrived earlier than expected. However, it has only had 2 trips since receiving it and the wheels seem buckled (especially the left one).
It was not overly packed, weighed 19kgs at check in and I am just perturbed that this should not be like that.
Do you have any suggestions, please.
