DPD failed to deliver and decided to return luggage to sender, without explanations. Consignment stuck in dpd deposit. 18 days after placing the order I have no goods and no refund.

The delay in resolving this matter was due to us having to wait for DPD to complete their investigation into the returned consignment. Unfortunately, until their investigation was finalised and the parcel was confirmed as returned within their depot, we were unable to proceed any sooner.
That said, we absolutely understand how frustrating this must have felt from your perspective. The issue has now been fully resolved and a full refund has been issued.
