We are in the middle of a full house renovation and were looking for the ideal floor. Dan patiently helped us with plenty of samples and once we made our final choice he was able to work with us with delivery a delivery date that suited us (after plenty of delays with our renovation).
We went with Dan because of his amazing customer service, you can really tell he cares about his product and the customer.
