“We purchased real wood flooring. It looks absolutely amazing in the hallway and the rooms. The quality of the wood is very good and it was easy to install. Delivery was also relatively quick and we were kept updated on the status of delivery. This was my first purchase and I would highly recommend Lumber King Flooring.”

“We purchased Viscount Oki Herringbone Laminate Flooring and were impressed with the quality of the product. Absolutely beautiful flooring, solid, with a real oak look and the herringbone effect really makes show its best qualities. Flooring is still to be fitted to a new extension but could not resist the offer that was on this product - Dan even included underlay at no extra cost which was a pleasant surprise. Photographs to follow once complete. The overall experience from start to finish with Dan at Lumberking Flooring was fantastic. From ordering, to arranging delivery and the delivery itself were fist class. We can definitely recommend Lumberking, pleasure to experience such a quality personal service.”

“Fantastic quality, beautiful floor, the best customer service I’ve ever received. I ordered duchess bora oak flooring for my kitchen diner and my playroom. The floor fitter said it was really sturdy and went down well. The finish is fantastic and it’s the most beautiful colour. It’s the most natural oak looking floor I could find and doesn’t look orange (yay) I searched high and low for the right flooring and then came across lumberking. I’m so pleased I did as Dan has been absolutely fantastic!!!! They sent our 3 samples very quickly and then I ordered the flooring. It was sent when I needed it with no issues! Communication with Dan has honestly been second to none which has been great as I’ve been doing a while house renovation (which has been hard). Sooo many people have asked me where I got my floor from as it’s just so beautiful!! Pictures don’t do it justice. I love it so much that I’ve now purchased the plank version of this flooring for 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Thank you so so much for a beautiful product at a fantastic price with wonderful customer service. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else for any flooring like this now! Thank you ☺️”

“Can't speak highly enough of Lumberking and particularly their Director Dan Sawyers. The LVT supplied by Lumberking is of the highest quality and at a very competative price. From the outset of my enquiry, Dan couldnt have been more helpful and his considered advice was well received. Delivery was great and we couldnt be more pleased with the end result that we had fitted in our dinng room. Wouldn't hesitate to use Lumberking products for any future flooring project.”

“Best customer service I've ever experienced from Dan, who could not be more helpful and obliging. Great communication about dispatch and delivery, both were very speedy (I live near Glasgow). The LVT was straightforward for my husband to fit and looks beautiful. On Dan's advice, I chose LVT not laminate, for my new kitchen - as it's fully waterproof. I'm so glad I did, as the cup of coffee I spilt yesterday wiped away perfectly! The LVT feels comfortable underfoot and is a top-quality product. I can't recommend Dan and Lumberking highly enough - and look forward to buying here again for my next project! Thank you 😊”

“I purchased Viscount Oki Herringbone Laminate Flooring and am so very impressed with this spectacular product. Absolutely beautiful flooring, the quality is top class and the finished article is nothing short of spectacular. A solid, real oak look and feel underfoot and the herringbone effect really wows in our Victorian Modern styled room. We also put this flooring into a smsll dressing room and it is equally as stunning in there. We are sooooo impressed. The overall experience from start to finish with Lumber King was fantastic. From ordering, to arranging delivery and the delivery itself where they went above and beyond to deliver around my usual busy day. I will definitely be back to Lumber King, pleasure to experience such a quality personal service. Of course, the amazing flooring made it an all round great experience. Well done!”

“From ordering samples to ordering our flooring, I honestly have to say the customer service, quality of products and the after sales service is quite simply amazing. Dan has telephoned to ensure everything is as expected, happy with everything and supportive throughout. I think it's called good old fashioned customer service.
