“I received a sample of the click vinyl oak flooring within a couple of days of ordering it. It was exactly what I wanted, so I spoke with Dan on the phone and he was extremely helpful. I have just placed my order and looking forward to installing the flooring myself. I highly recommend Lumber King Flooring for their very friendly service, quality products and very competitive price.”

“Fabulous! I don't have enough words to describe our experience with this company... We have recently purchased our first home and after years of renting we dreamt to have our space decorated as we liked it and not costing us a fortune. After months of research, we decided to buy the floor from Lumber King Flooring. One of the best experience. I was so amazed about the quality, I could not believe how lucky I was to find them. Dan provided an excellent customer service and an excellent communication. The quality of the laminate floor is outstanding, everyone thinks that is a real wood, we added underfloor heating as a second source of heat which warm up really quickly like in 15 minutes and the floor maintains the heat very well, the colour is really beautiful, some of our friends they boght 3 types of colours from different suppliers to achieve the effect that they were looking for but this floor is just combined with tones, and gives you exactly what you need and a premium quality. The delivery was fast, and the pallets were very well packed. Thank you so much again for bringing so much happiness in our lives.”

“I have not experienced customer service like this in a long time. Dan was really helpful and super efficient, kept us up to date each step of the way. Even when we fell short of the viscount Tundra (our miscalculation), he managed to source an extra pack and send it out really quickly. Thank you for all your help Dan!”

“Never received the free floor samples I ordered first time but Dan was straight onto it and even called me to apologise, even though it was a Royal Mail error not theirs. I received the floor samples quickly after that and their customer service was excellent throughout.”

“We purchased real wood flooring. It looks absolutely amazing in the hallway and the rooms. The quality of the wood is very good and it was easy to install. Delivery was also relatively quick and we were kept updated on the status of delivery. This was my first purchase and I would highly recommend Lumber King Flooring.”
