“Lovely, quality flooring at a great price. Dan was so helpful, sent a sample very quickly and once ordered he stayed in touch and delivery was on the day mutually agreed. I was very unsure of ordering online and from a company I didn't know but I'm glad I did, it's lovely flooring. Thank you Dan”

“The service by Lumber King has been outstanding. From initial contact on receiving samples right through to delivery of our new flooring. We have received what we consider to be an exceptional level of personalised support by Dan, who has been responsive, friendly and helpful at every opportunity. The quality and style of the flooring is what took our interest but the service has sealed the deal. “I couldn’t be more happy with my flooring. The wood has a real weight to it, very nice grain and colour. Went together very easily. Price is on point. More importantly though in this age of customer service only being able to talk to a computer, their customer service is outstanding. Direct contact with the team and you can tell that you are important to them and they care about your floor. I’d recommend this wood. I would 100% recommend this company to get it from.”

“What can I say? The service was excellent! This wasn't the leave a message and we will message back. After placing my order, I received phone call, which I missed, they eventually after a message from me. The delivery went as planned, no problems at all. We had never installed this type of flooring before, it was fun, it was frustrating, but it was definately worth it. Since the floor was finished, I have had several comments, from friends, family, and other visitors. Everyone loves it, the fact that we installed it making it even better for us. I would definately say, lovely people to work with and the product, well everyone loves it, what more can I say!!. Next time I move, I will be back looking for my next floor. These guys are the best.”

“We ordered LVT Herringbone flooring for our kitchen and dining room and it looks amazing. Quality is so good. We have three dogs (german shepherds) who are in and out all of the time. This flooring is so hard wearing - no scratches, dents, or dinks, and it's completely water proof. Would highly recommend. Customer service is spot on too - they can't be more helpful. We've just ordered Laminate flooring for our lounge and we will purchase again when we need more flooring for other rooms. Would give 10/10 if the scores went that high.”

“Purchased Tudor Sceptre Oak to re-floor two rooms damaged by flooding from upstairs bathroom. The customer service was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Dan went over and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Communication was 10/10. The floor is beautiful, same price as engineered wood from other places but much higher quality. Highly recommend LKF and will definitely use them again for future projects.”
