“We are in the middle of a full house renovation and were looking for the ideal floor. Dan patiently helped us with plenty of samples and once we made our final choice he was able to work with us with delivery a delivery date that suited us (after plenty of delays with our renovation). We went with Dan because of his amazing customer service, you can really tell he cares about his product and the customer. I would highly recommend Dan the lumbar king.”

“Can’t recommend Lumberking Flooring enough. Fantastic company with Dan running the helm. Looking around for flooring and to ensure it met the thickness and length and quality was hard but Dan made it so easy with the Viscount Oki 12mm. It met the criteria with its superior quality and finish. Right from the get go on ordering a sample from Lumberking Flooring to then ordering what was required in bulk Dan was there all the way. He made sure right amount ordered including wastage and sent photos of when the flooring was leaving the store and contacted to made sure it arrived. Installed the flooring and when you open the door to enter the house everyone says it looks amazing Highly recommended the company and the product.”

“Fantastic Product and Customer Service. Ordered Tudor Silk oak flooring (Sample) and very quick delivery. Ordered flooring for a Kitchen refurb project and Very happy with quick delivery and quality product (19.2 sqm) with no damaged or faulty boards. Fitted together very well and relatively easy installation with the correct tools. Very pro-active customer service pre order, post order, delivery and follow up on product quality. Highly Reccomended !!!”

“Absolutely fabulous service. We ordered late at night and the following morning we got a call to see what day was best for delivery so they could schedule around us. Communication on the day of delivering to let us know the time slot & then another call when we received the flooring to make sure everything was good. We can’t wait to get it all down in our new kitchen the colours match amazing!”

“When our local flooring shop didn't supply what we wanted we decided to go to the online shops . After a few false starts we discovered LUMBERKING FLOORING and the brilliant Dan . Great selection of flooring and you get proper sized samples which made choosing our BUCKINGHAM RUSTICA CLICK ENGINEERED WOOD flooring painless as we could see it was a superior product compared to other companies samples we had requested. Now living on the Isle of Wight is usually where a lot of our online shopping experiences end due to extortionate shipping costs or simply "we don't deliver there" but refreshingly this was not a problem for Dan who even held the stock until we were ready for it . Our whole experience with LUMBERKING FLOORING has been exceptional with the only hold up to laying our lovely new floor has been my poor project management , should have got Dan to do it !!!!!! Highly recommend based on our experience. Photos to follow.”
