“What can I say? The service was excellent! This wasn't the leave a message and we will message back. After placing my order, I received phone call, which I missed, they eventually after a message from me. The delivery went as planned, no problems at all. We had never installed this type of flooring before, it was fun, it was frustrating, but it was definately worth it. Since the floor was finished, I have had several comments, from friends, family, and other visitors. Everyone loves it, the fact that we installed it making it even better for us. I would definately say, lovely people to work with and the product, well everyone loves it, what more can I say!!. Next time I move, I will be back looking for my next floor. These guys are the best.”

“We ordered LVT Herringbone flooring for our kitchen and dining room and it looks amazing. Quality is so good. We have three dogs (german shepherds) who are in and out all of the time. This flooring is so hard wearing - no scratches, dents, or dinks, and it's completely water proof. Would highly recommend. Customer service is spot on too - they can't be more helpful. We've just ordered Laminate flooring for our lounge and we will purchase again when we need more flooring for other rooms. Would give 10/10 if the scores went that high.”

“Purchased Tudor Sceptre Oak to re-floor two rooms damaged by flooding from upstairs bathroom. The customer service was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Dan went over and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Communication was 10/10. The floor is beautiful, same price as engineered wood from other places but much higher quality. Highly recommend LKF and will definitely use them again for future projects.”

“I’m so happy with my new floor! The quality is great, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service. They stayed in touch throughout, helped me pick the right option, and really cared about getting everything just right. I needed super fast delivery and they made it happen. “We purchased the Sandringham 14mm engineered wood from Lumberking and we are delighted with the colour and quality of the product and also the price. The delivery came quickly and all of the boxes were undamaged. The flooring was easy to lay and has transformed all of the rooms that it has been laid in. Dan was brilliant to deal with and is a credit to Lumberking.”

“Ordered twice of the lumber king now and been perfect both times which is rare. Nothing was an issue called me to organise a day that suited me for delivery and on the morning of delivery i sent a query via WhatsApp and replied to instantly with the delivery information. Delivered to my doorstep literally by 9am.”
