“Purchased Tudor Sceptre Oak to re-floor two rooms damaged by flooding from upstairs bathroom. The customer service was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Dan went over and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Communication was 10/10. The floor is beautiful, same price as engineered wood from other places but much higher quality. Highly recommend LKF and will definitely use them again for future projects.”

“I’m so happy with my new floor! The quality is great, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service. They stayed in touch throughout, helped me pick the right option, and really cared about getting everything just right. I needed super fast delivery and they made it happen. “We purchased the Sandringham 14mm engineered wood from Lumberking and we are delighted with the colour and quality of the product and also the price. The delivery came quickly and all of the boxes were undamaged. The flooring was easy to lay and has transformed all of the rooms that it has been laid in. Dan was brilliant to deal with and is a credit to Lumberking.”

“Ordered twice of the lumber king now and been perfect both times which is rare. Nothing was an issue called me to organise a day that suited me for delivery and on the morning of delivery i sent a query via WhatsApp and replied to instantly with the delivery information. Delivered to my doorstep literally by 9am.”

“Very pleased with our flooring, it looks amazing and good quality. Exactly how we wanted it. Fantastic customer service. When the flooring was delivered. A box had been damaged by the delivery driver. They got a new box straight out on first class for the next day. Also we’d under measured and when I went to order more they were out of stock. Well Dan went above and beyond to get me the extra we needed to finish the job. Fantastic product and wonderful staff. Would definitely recommend and we will be buying from them again in the future.”

“I can't praise the team and, in particular, Dan for the service and the quality of products. Dan was extremely accommodating with rearranging delivery several times as I needed to coordinate with my builders and fitter. The fitter and everyone who saw the floor was impressed with the quality and looks. Very highly recommended, I am looking forward to converting my loft so I can use them again!”
