“I can't praise the team and, in particular, Dan for the service and the quality of products. Dan was extremely accommodating with rearranging delivery several times as I needed to coordinate with my builders and fitter. The fitter and everyone who saw the floor was impressed with the quality and looks. Very highly recommended, I am looking forward to converting my loft so I can use them again!”

“From start to finish, both myself and my partner have not had such a good service from any company, like the service we got with LumberKing. When I called, the phone was answered super quick and Dan who I spoke to was extremely helpful with the questions I had before I ordered. He managed to arrange delivery within two days, communication was great, the pallet came very well packaged and not 1 single board in the 270 boards we ordered was damaged! We had 60m2 of LVT flooring and it was super easy to fit, looks amazing and was really nice material to work with. We have a MUCH larger project coming up in the next 12-18months and we will be going directly to Dan for that also. Thanks”

“Sent for a couple of samples from Lumber King Flooring- wow couldn’t believe how quick they came and ! No charge, I haven’t ordered yet because we’re still undecided whether to have flooring or carpet for warmth but would definitely order from them the samples are great quality at an amazing price.”

“So helpful with getting the right samples to me and making sure I’m happy. Haven’t decided on a floor yet but the ones I’ve had are great quality (even the filled knots look so much better than another brand I was looking at that I believe corners the market). Really great comms from Dan on WhatsApp too.”

“Excellent service! Ordered the Sandringham crown Dan was phenomenal. Due to some travel I had to delay the shipment, and LKF was very kind to hold my order till I was back. Delivery was prompt and very well informed. Recommend LKF over any of the high street stores. Incredible wood quality too. Have not installed it yet, but should do over the coming month.”

“I ordered 3 samples of LVT flooring. They came within 2 days, they were great sample sizes and although different colours we were able to put them together to see the profile. This was followed up by a message from Dan, who was really helpful and there was no hard sell. We are still deciding but one of the samples is still sitting at my favourite.”

“I received a sample of the click vinyl oak flooring within a couple of days of ordering it. It was exactly what I wanted, so I spoke with Dan on the phone and he was extremely helpful. I have just placed my order and looking forward to installing the flooring myself.
