“Best customer service I've ever experienced from Dan, who could not be more helpful and obliging. Great communication about dispatch and delivery, both were very speedy (I live near Glasgow). The LVT was straightforward for my husband to fit and looks beautiful. On Dan's advice, I chose LVT not laminate, for my new kitchen - as it's fully waterproof. I'm so glad I did, as the cup of coffee I spilt yesterday wiped away perfectly! The LVT feels comfortable underfoot and is a top-quality product. I can't recommend Dan and Lumberking highly enough - and look forward to buying here again for my next project! Thank you 😊”

“I purchased Viscount Oki Herringbone Laminate Flooring and am so very impressed with this spectacular product. Absolutely beautiful flooring, the quality is top class and the finished article is nothing short of spectacular. A solid, real oak look and feel underfoot and the herringbone effect really wows in our Victorian Modern styled room. We also put this flooring into a smsll dressing room and it is equally as stunning in there. We are sooooo impressed. The overall experience from start to finish with Lumber King was fantastic. From ordering, to arranging delivery and the delivery itself where they went above and beyond to deliver around my usual busy day. I will definitely be back to Lumber King, pleasure to experience such a quality personal service. Of course, the amazing flooring made it an all round great experience. Well done!”

“I was more than impressed by the level of service provided by Dan who was super helpful and actually his help was the final tick for me to buy from the company. “From ordering samples to ordering our flooring, I honestly have to say the customer service, quality of products and the after sales service is quite simply amazing. Dan has telephoned to ensure everything is as expected, happy with everything and supportive throughout. I think it's called good old fashioned customer service. “Samples requested arrived very quickly. A follow-up call from Dan a couple of days later was very helpful. He was able to advise on suitable flooring for the project in our house, explaining the pros and cons of each type of flooring. He also suggested the best method of caring for whichever flooring we choose. A very helpful, professional and friendly service, even at an early stage of our planning. Thank you.”

“I can’t recommend this company enough, I went to all my local stores to browse flooring none of them had the colour I wanted in a LVT click, I came across lumber king via the web and seen they had a lot of great reviews. I placed an order via their website on the Monday and Dan gave me a call and arranged delivery for the following Thursday with an update on the day of when it will be arriving can’t recommend dans services enough!! you can be sceptical when you’ve never used a service before but please don’t be!! Delivery arrived on the day stated, the flooring itself is amazing my carpenter could only sing it’s praises about how well it went together the quality and the finish so much so that he’s considering getting it himself. I don’t usually do reviews but credit where credits due you won’t get better service anywhere else”

“Very pleased with oak flooring in our new kitchen/diner. Nice to have the same level right through. (Used to be different floor levels when separate rooms). Not the cheapest, but certainly well worth that little extra for a fabulous look!. Easy to install with little waste, due to choosing the the most suitable width from your free samples. I feel I have got a top job with a top product. I will and have highly recommended to friends and family. Many thanks, steve toon.”
