Best customer service I've ever experienced from Dan, who could not be more helpful and obliging. Great communication about dispatch and delivery, both were very speedy (I live near Glasgow). The LVT was straightforward for my husband to fit and looks beautiful. On Dan's advice, I chose LVT not laminate, for my new kitchen - as it's fully waterproof. I'm so glad I did, as the cup of coffee I spilt yesterday wiped away perfectly! The LVT feels comfortable underfoot and is a top-quality product.
