“Excellent service! Ordered the Sandringham crown Dan was phenomenal. Due to some travel I had to delay the shipment, and LKF was very kind to hold my order till I was back. Delivery was prompt and very well informed. Recommend LKF over any of the high street stores. Incredible wood quality too. Have not installed it yet, but should do over the coming month.”

“I cannot recommend Lumber King highly enough! Dan has set a very high standard of customer service which remained consistent over the 9 months I've been ordering from him. Great communication at every point from ordering my first samples through to the ordering and delivery stage ... such personal service is hard to find and quite rare for an online company, but it's what makes Lumber King Flooring stand out in what is now a crowded marketplace... thank you Dan!”

“Here’s a refined review that captures your experience: I’ve used this flooring company on two occasions now, and I’ll definitely be returning for a larger extension project. After spending around three months searching for the perfect flooring, I’m so glad I found them. The quality is outstanding, and I’ve had countless compliments on how great it looks. “I am grateful to Company for fast delivery of the flooring samples. I've seen the high quality flooring samples. Unfortunately, I was not very attentive ordering the samples, as I missed that they are T&G. However, I need a click system installation type.”

“I ordered 3 samples of LVT flooring. They came within 2 days, they were great sample sizes and although different colours we were able to put them together to see the profile. This was followed up by a message from Dan, who was really helpful and there was no hard sell. We are still deciding but one of the samples is still sitting at my favourite.”

“I received a sample of the click vinyl oak flooring within a couple of days of ordering it. It was exactly what I wanted, so I spoke with Dan on the phone and he was extremely helpful. I have just placed my order and looking forward to installing the flooring myself. I highly recommend Lumber King Flooring for their very friendly service, quality products and very competitive price.”

“Fabulous! I don't have enough words to describe our experience with this company... We have recently purchased our first home and after years of renting we dreamt to have our space decorated as we liked it and not costing us a fortune. After months of research, we decided to buy the floor from Lumber King Flooring. One of the best experience. I was so amazed about the quality, I could not believe how lucky I was to find them. Dan provided an excellent customer service and an excellent communication. The quality of the laminate floor is outstanding, everyone thinks that is a real wood, we added underfloor heating as a second source of heat which warm up really quickly like in 15 minutes and the floor maintains the heat very well, the colour is really beautiful, some of our friends they boght 3 types of colours from different suppliers to achieve the effect that they were looking for but this floor is just combined with tones, and gives you exactly what you need and a premium quality. The delivery was fast, and the pallets were very well packed. Thank you so much again for bringing so much happiness in our lives.”
