Fantastic service, my order arrived and the 2 rings I ordered were beautiful but too big. I emailed Luxe and received details of returns within 12hours. Return process was very easy, I tracked the return and contacted Luxe again as I knew the size I needed was out of stock, received an email back within the hour confirming that new stock had arrived and my replacements were dispatched the very same day.
