“Returned 2 rings one for exchange and one for refund as it was too small and they had no other sizes available. Once I returned them I was asked to pay £7 for the returned and the difference in price for the exchange. Then when I finally received my refund it was minus £5. What is this for?”

“I ordered a ‘replacement’ engagement ring to wear on holiday … last YEAR. I wear it all the time now and it had started to look a little ‘dull’ so I ordered another … but .. then I went at it with a bit of fairy, hott water and a toothbrush … it looks AS good and fabulous as the brand new one I ordered. Am I happy ?? Ohhhh yes .. I now have a replacement replacement and a lovely shiny sparkly ring that I get complimented on allll the time. I love it ❤️”

“I have to admit, as with many Facebook ads, I was a little sceptical at the claims but I was so wrong! I bought a ring to wear on holidays as I'm always worried about losing or damaging my engagement ring. I picked the https://www.luxeemporiumx.com/products/sterling-silver-1ct-classic-raina-ring-copy as it was very similar and showed it to my husband and he didn't know it wasn't the real thing! Result! I'm now going to purchase the equivalent of my wedding ring - excellent products, lovely packaging and delivery.”
