“The rings do it tarnish but I ordered a set and had to have one sent back for a different size This resulted in them not sitting together as they are different sizes on same finger Very lovely rings and worth the money but my set sizing did not work out”

“My item was not received. Once dispatched, I requested to know why my tracking number wasn’t working, after 3 weeks, my item had still not left the courier, I tried communicated a few times to know what was going on but communication regarding the matter has not been satisfactory.”

“Order a beautiful ring set but had to return due to getting wrong size, really easy to return. Communication from customer service was brilliant. I was given option for refund or to wait for restock. Delivery was really fast. The packaging has been given a lot of thought. Definitely worth the wait for the back order. The quality of the jewls is really nice the glistening sparkles of the gems 10/10”

“This is my second order with Luxe Emporium and as usual they never fail to disappoint. Fast shipping, stunning and resilient pieces and the customer service is top tier! I had a small issue with my order (one item missing) and this was rectified straight away. Within a couple of days I had my item and they even went through the trouble of sending it special delivery! Also the fact it’s a sister owned small business is amazing! Adore the pieces and I’m for sure a customer for life!!!”

“Diamond fell out within a few days and sent an email to inform Luxe . Took 2 days to reply to every reply I had to send ie description and pictures . Then sent the ring back and never heard for over a week . I emailed again and was told abruptly that I had been informed a new ring was getting sent out which I wasn’t . Wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from this company .”

“Excellent company to purchase from. I have purchased a lot of items including a beautiful necklace with the names of my 3 grandchildren. All my purchases have been amazing. The customer service is the very best, they do all they can to help and advise etc. Always answer any queries straight away. I love Luxe Emporium they deserve so much more than 5 stars.”

“I ordered two rings but accidentally ordered both in the wrong size. I was worried that I couldn't find a contact telephone number for Customer Service, but I needn't have worried - they quickly replied to my messages and were really accommodating, exchanging the rings for the correct size. The rings themselves are absolutely beautiful and I am already looking at what I can order next!”
