Quick and easy service - however one of my rings did not fit and I have returned via tracked Royal Mail. Heard nothing from Luxe yet re my exchange request.

The ring is absolutely beautiful however the hassle of sending the ring back because it’s a different size and waiting a long time just seem too much.

Bit disappointed with my purchase as one of the gems fell out and I only wear them at weekends and take them off for washing hands etc. Only have them 8 weeks

The ring arrived quickly and I was in two minds whether to leave review. I can see the business is run by two young ladies and am hesitant about leaving less than positive one. However, whilst the ring is fine - I would be very disappointed if I had paid full price and think given you can get some exactly the same on Aliexpress for £8, infact exactly the same rings, I do wonder where these are being sourced from. You get what you pay for but these rings seems to be over priced for what they are and even at the reduced £25 I was expecting something a little better. I unfortunately would not rebuy.

Delivery time took 2 weeks but on there website it says 2-4 days shipping?? Otherwise ring not bad!

The item are beautiful I have no problem with them at all , other than make them up to a size 10 so that persons can stack them. When you email people don't look at the hole story as it means you don't have to rely the same thing every time. Plus pass info to clear pay or Klara instead of them having to message me to message you to deal with the issue when people return items.

Nice rings but unfortunately one of the diamonds are missing from one of them only noticed it after 30 days so didn’t think a return would be accepted, only took it out of the box yesterday :(
