“The rings do it tarnish but I ordered a set and had to have one sent back for a different size This resulted in them not sitting together as they are different sizes on same finger Very lovely rings and worth the money but my set sizing did not work out”

“I ordered the most beautiful ring but when it turned up it was slightly too small. Customer service was great and I returned it and received a replacement the next size up. Unfortunately the new ring is now slightly too big. Looking at their sizes they seem to jump a size. The original I was sent was a size uk M and the replacement next size up ring I received is a uk O and I need an uk N. I’m trying to decide if I keep it and risk it coming off or send it back.”

“I have ordered twice now and love your products! I’m a bit disappointed with my last order though as it’s been delayed, and I’ve had to chase a couple of times to get an update. I asked Heather if the earrings could be sent separately as they were a gift, and they were sent straightaway, which is great. I’m just disappointed that they weren’t sent without me asking. I’m still waiting to receive Aurelia ring.”

“Bought a Nalah band approx 5 months ago and loved it so much have purchased one for a friends birthday. However I was so disappointed to see how much my ring has dulled and tarnished in the time I have had it. So all Ivan say is be very wary of wearing your ring etc on a daily basis .defo wouldn’t recommend as using the ring sets instead of proper wedding engagement rims sets. They won’t last”
