My stone has fallen out of my ring after 3 days and nobody responds to my emails and there is no other way of contacting anyone

Returned 2 rings one for exchange and one for refund as it was too small and they had no other sizes available. Once I returned them I was asked to pay £7 for the returned and the difference in price for the exchange. Then when I finally received my refund it was minus £5. What is this for?

My item was not received. Once dispatched, I requested to know why my tracking number wasn’t working, after 3 weeks, my item had still not left the courier, I tried communicated a few times to know what was going on but communication regarding the matter has not been satisfactory.

Diamond fell out within a few days and sent an email to inform Luxe . Took 2 days to reply to every reply I had to send ie description and pictures . Then sent the ring back and never heard for over a week . I emailed again and was told abruptly that I had been informed a new ring was getting sent out which I wasn’t . Wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from this company .

I cannot leave a review yet,, i ordered a ring one week ago and have never received it! Money & all has been took from my bank. I got confirmation email regarding my order and said i will get one when its dispatched nothing yet so beginning to doubt this company! Why ask me to review when i have never received ring!

Looking at your ads the products look beautiful I really wanted to order I placed an order for a ring sizer 4 weeks ago and I’ve still not received it I just feel really disappointed as if the sizer takes this long how long will the rings take?

I’m very disappointed with my ring , it looks cheap because the stone is really dull . I really feel let down by all the supposedly wonderful reviews . What a waste of money !!!!

Rings came quickly, however I had a problem with the shank on the solitaire stone it was catching on everything, obviously not good, I contacted them asking how to exchange and after 2 days received a reply asking me take pictures, taking pictures of tiny ring shanks is difficult so I asked why. They replied again 2 days later saying this was there policy, I said I am not asking for a refund just an exchange. The two eternity rings are badly made they again catch on clothing etc. Eventually I gave up and have kept the poorly made solitaire. So if you are in any way looking to buy from this company do not expect good after sales. I would not want to exchange for exactly the same ring if it was not poorly made in the first place. Looks wise they are ok but nothing special, and not worth the premium asked. Shop around and go elsewhere, I wish I had.

The waiting time is too long and no communication no matter how many times you send mail, just marketing emails. Money spent not worth the value. Wont recommend.
