Unfortunately i am disappointed in the quality of the ring i have bought . Customer care - unsatisfactory i have emailed twice to ask for info on return/refund - i havent had a reply / response .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered 2 ring sets to see which fit and looked better and closest to my original rings. Spent £200 to be told that I am unable to return these. No where did it state this on the website. They have offered a gift voucher for the second set not required and now just ignoring all of my emails when I’ve asked for return labels. Appalling company, poor quality jewellery.

I am writing to express my concern regarding I have not yet received my order, which I placed over a month ago. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via email, I have yet to receive a response. The customer service is not very good.
