Beautiful rings but u didn’t get sent the ring box. Have emailed multiple times and no reply. So although the rings are lovely the customer service is non existent

First order with you and ordered earrings which were not what i expected. I organised a return immediately, hadn't taken them out of the package which is still sealed but couldn't return them.

Not having a phone number to call is very inconvenient and your email system ie replys are not very quick

took over a month to get here didn’t get told it would take that long as i selected next day shipping. The price is outrageous for the item aswell as shipping times

Beautiful ring but faulty unfortunately. Missing a stone. Also seen other reviews mentioning the same issue. Not worth the hassle if you specifically buy the item for a holiday/ hen or honeymoon.

My order came wrong I got sent the complete wrong ring to what I ordered, it’s stunning but again not what I ordered. I then contacted regarding being sent the wrong order and have had 0 response which is quite disappointing. Overall the jewellery is gorgeous from here but I’m not very satisfied about receiving the wrong thing and getting no help to resolve the issue.

Very disappointed a stone has fallen out less the an a week after receiving it. Even more disappointed, I have not had a response from customer services.
