Quality amazing but communication regarding refunds have been a long and confusing process, asking for order number and tracking information a few times with no direct answer to confirm refunds!
It’s very worrying that information isn’t clear and refunds are not an easy process either luxe.
May put people off ordering from them again and that’s sad as rings are lovely 😢
