A highly misleading product description, which they admit contained a formatting error, resulted in my 10 year-old son feeling duped out of over £20; he was absolutely devastated. Customer service have declined to offer any goodwill gesture to restore his faith in buying online and frankly an apology doesn’t mean much to a ten year-old who has lost his savings. Magic Madhouse has appalling business ethics - AVOID.
