I placed an order with Magic Madhouse on the 28th of November, and according to their own dispatch calendar it should have been sent out — and likely delivered — well before now. Instead, the order sat for days with the status stuck on “Payment Received.” I contacted customer service and was told that my order would be dispatched on Monday. Unfortunately, that never happened, and the status still hasn’t changed. This is especially disappointing because the order was meant to be a birthday present for my son, and the ongoing delays have caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Overall, the communication and reliability have been very poor, and my experience with Magic Madhouse has been far from positive. I hope they improve their service, but based on this order, I can’t recommend them

Absolute liars. I understand shipping delays in December - there's even a notice on the website. What I don't expect is to be told it has "shipped" and be condescended and gaslit by customer service when Royal Mail tracking shows they haven't even received the parcel and then discover that it wasn't actually sent until nearly 1 week later than their email said it had been sent. Utterly despicable.

I was irritated by other suppliers' poor assistance and frequent setbacks, but SECUREDFUNDLTD/COM totally altered everything. They communicated regularly, took the time to fully grasp my needs, and handled the problem professionally. Their exceptional dedication truly made a difference.

Pokemon cards have been resealed!! DO NOT BUY. Backs are clearly resealed and badly. Good cards removed. No customer service. Zero response when contacted.

Shocking customer service, staff are vitriolic and aggressive. If you dare ask to escalate a complaint after receiving abuse all the organisation do is make personal comments. Name calling and immaturity is not what you expect from an organisation, avoid at all costs.

Would give 0 stars if I could . Still yet to receive may parcel putting Christmas in to limbo . Parcel delivered to a random location provided proof it wasn’t delivered to my house in fact the courier provided the proof and now have Aaron from the support team avoiding to give me a date to have this solved by and then telling me to take a neighbour who it could of been delivered to the authorities, completely ignoring that I am yet to receive delivery , and that makes it his responsibility . Shambles the lack of accountability

I was told not to shop with them anymore for merely asking how long an order was going to be as it was beyond the delayed shipping estimate that they gave on their site. When emailing to chase, I received this response: The order was scheduled to be dispatched today; however, due to our prior communication and the ongoing misunderstanding regarding the delays, I have decided to cancel and refund the order. I believe it may be best for both parties to part ways at this time. I encourage you to explore other options. THE WORSE customer service ive ever experienced, stay clear.

My Korean sun and moon pack was opened and only 8 cards in the pack a shiny trainer card but not one shiny pokemon card which all packs have them, hopefully it gets sorted as my 10 pack booster box was awesome

Extremely unsatisfied with this online store. Not only did they "pack" my order in such a way that it obviously arrived shattered and broken. When I asked to get it replaced they sent me a refund instead expecting me to pay for a new shipping! I asked the customer support once again to send me a replacement instead and they denied it - while at the same time they had reserved and charged my card with the same amount they "refunded" me. Why should I as a customer have to pay for the additional shipping when they are the ones that couldn't even pack an order in a proper way? Nobody in their right mind would expect the item to arrive intact. Extremely unprofessionally done both at shipping and handling the matter. I'd recommend everyone to stay away from this store!

Great Company, always ship orders quickly and efficiently, have good prices and a good range of stock, customer service team dont treat me like an idiot when i ask for help, and they actually have a customer service team and dont force you to talk to a robot.

Magic Madhouse reseal pokemon booster packs. I've examined the packs very closely compared with other packs bought from other retailers. There are small circular blobs on the heat seals which looks like an adhesive. From 24 packs had 5 good pulls above holo cards and the value of the 5 pulls weren't even above a fiver in value. A number of people have also said how easily the packs fall open with even gaps on the seal. Avoid.

Terrible experience. Pre-ordered a game in October, 23 that was due out in early December 23. When it hadn't arrived, I attempted contact. Don't respond to emails, don't answer the phone, the only way I finally got a response was to complain through PayPay in February 24. Then I get an e-mail, through PayPay, no apology, just excuses! I will never buy from then again.

Made an order 11 days ago and chased them up twice now. I still don't have a delivery date. Demanded a refund instead. No response. Avoid these scammers like the plague.

Like previous reviews i also bought my 8yr old an Evolutions pack. It was extremely noticeable it had been reopened and resealed even the child queried it. Disgrace

Like someone else in this list I payed £25 for an XY evolutions pack that has been re-sealed. Packaging is very tight to the cards and the top and bottom has clearly been heat pressed and cut and not straight

Bought 2 XY evolutions packs and blatantly obvious one was a reseal. Pack actually came apart down the seems no tearing. The colour difference was pretty sharp and the crimps were awfully dulled. Getting a joke this carry on. I have attached pictures of the two and you can clearly see the real pack tears whereas the dodgy one opens up along the resealed edges leaving the complete pack intact.

I've been looking for a company that has a good stock of magic: The Gathering cards as well as Warhammer products and hobby tools so i can buy all my hobby essentials in one place to save on postage and i've been really happy with the service i've received from this company, whenever i have a question the customer service seem happy and helpful and i would recommend them.

Would not recommend ever buying from this company. Ive bought on and off for years from them and 70% of the time I end up regretting it. There are a lot better, cheaper and quicker dispathing companies out there. By far probably the worst and expensive (for most things) sites to buy from. Also their web site is a mess and extremely buggy. On top of that no rewards system and terrible customer services. AVOID!!!

With a great selection, a potential for email notifications if they're out of stock on a particular item, and free or reduced price delivery options for larger purchases, I have been happy with Magic Madhouse after every transaction. I was also happy to find out that they offer a Blue Light Card discount.
