Still yet to receive may parcel putting Christmas in to limbo .
Parcel delivered to a random location provided proof it wasn’t delivered to my house in fact the courier provided the proof and now have Aaron from the support team avoiding to give me a date to have this solved by and then telling me to take a neighbour who it could of been delivered to the authorities, completely ignoring that I am yet to receive delivery , and that makes it his responsibility .
