Extremely unsatisfied with this online store. Not only did they "pack" my order in such a way that it obviously arrived shattered and broken. When I asked to get it replaced they sent me a refund instead expecting me to pay for a new shipping! I asked the customer support once again to send me a replacement instead and they denied it - while at the same time they had reserved and charged my card with the same amount they "refunded" me. Why should I as a customer have to pay for the additional shipping when they are the ones that couldn't even pack an order in a proper way? Nobody in their right mind would expect the item to arrive intact. Extremely unprofessionally done both at shipping and handling the matter. I'd recommend everyone to stay away from this store!

Magic Madhouse reseal pokemon booster packs. I've examined the packs very closely compared with other packs bought from other retailers. There are small circular blobs on the heat seals which looks like an adhesive. From 24 packs had 5 good pulls above holo cards and the value of the 5 pulls weren't even above a fiver in value. A number of people have also said how easily the packs fall open with even gaps on the seal. Avoid.

Terrible experience. Pre-ordered a game in October, 23 that was due out in early December 23. When it hadn't arrived, I attempted contact. Don't respond to emails, don't answer the phone, the only way I finally got a response was to complain through PayPay in February 24. Then I get an e-mail, through PayPay, no apology, just excuses! I will never buy from then again.

Made an order 11 days ago and chased them up twice now. I still don't have a delivery date. Demanded a refund instead. No response. Avoid these scammers like the plague.

Like someone else in this list I payed £25 for an XY evolutions pack that has been re-sealed. Packaging is very tight to the cards and the top and bottom has clearly been heat pressed and cut and not straight

Bought 2 XY evolutions packs and blatantly obvious one was a reseal. Pack actually came apart down the seems no tearing. The colour difference was pretty sharp and the crimps were awfully dulled. Getting a joke this carry on. I have attached pictures of the two and you can clearly see the real pack tears whereas the dodgy one opens up along the resealed edges leaving the complete pack intact.

Would not recommend ever buying from this company. Ive bought on and off for years from them and 70% of the time I end up regretting it. There are a lot better, cheaper and quicker dispathing companies out there. By far probably the worst and expensive (for most things) sites to buy from. Also their web site is a mess and extremely buggy. On top of that no rewards system and terrible customer services. AVOID!!!

Bought a product they showed as on stock. Waited 2 weeks and tried to contact them. Finally raised a query with PayPal and then they emailed me to say I must have lost their emails in response and the item was unavailable. No apology. No compensation for their mistake. Just a short email. Never mind the item being hard to find and much harder now its 2 weeks in and closer to Christmas. Never going back.

I placed an order on 22 Sep with this website for my nephews birthday gift. When the package arrived there were 2 cards missing. I initially called the company and then emailed my sales receipt to confirm the order. I was told the matter would be investigated. On chasing the matter up I was advised on 22 Oct that the cards had been placed in the package and for me to recheck. I emailed back to say I had checked the package on delivery and that the cards were not there. To date I have not had a response or a satisfactory outcome. The customer service is shocking. Emails are either ignored or there is such a delay in any response. I have paid for items that were never received. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided and lack of resolution. I would never use this company again.

As a loyal long standing customer of over 4+ years. DONOT part with your money towards this company. They're greed no no bounds. How do you stay in profit when you continuley make your products cheaper? By ensuring they go through as much sealed product as possibly taking all the best cards. Knowingly sending packets of cards they know contain nothing in. I have bought a hell of alot of single booster packs from this company and every single time I get nothing. The chances of spending as much money as I do an Regularly only getting one premium Rare card is slim. Let alone that rare card always being worth pennies. They know they're products inside and out an as they list single cards I can assure you they are taking all of the best products from they're sealed products and ensuring they sell dud merchandise. I can assure you they're weighing all booster packs is why they can ensure they are cheaper then all they're competitors as they are completely rigging the game. Every piece of merchandise I have bought hasn't ever contained any super/extremely/highly vauleable Rares. Never. I routinely buy 5 - 10 sealed boxes from my product and everytime contain nothing. Any booster packets nothing. I bought the most expensive an when my confidence was up bought cheaper products. But everytime I get the cheap product it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I am not just complaining. As someone said above they do not value they're custom and Are extremely rude. This isn't something that's has just happened I can say with a matter of fact this is true as I put it done to bad luck. But when I have just spent £450 on new Sealed product and only had 4 premium cards out of over 300 packs I can say without a matter of fact. They weigh they're products to ensure they open are the super vauleable and rare premium cards so they can profit from them through sell them singularly on they're website. I complained in the beginning is why it got this far. I trusted and believed them. But with over 20 years of experience in my collactables these lot are complete rip of merchants.

Hello Christina, I am very sorry to hear that you feel you have been 'ripped off'. This is not something we would ever do, or ever have done. Unfortunately, with trading card games such as Pokemon there is a certain random element created with the contents of the booster packs and these are solely regulated by the manufacturers. This means that the rare cards are harder to obtain, thus increasing their value. If these were common to find, they wouldn't be rare, but this random element is what keeps us players coming back! The Pokemon International Company have actually been aware of some sellers weighing packs, and have made this no longer possible by adjusting the weights of the code cards included in booster packs. This means it is now impossible to weigh booster packs. Also, for sealed products only the manufacturers have access to the official Pokemon TCG shrinkwrap that seals booster boxes, so that buyers know if a booster box has been tampered with, as they would not include this wrapping. Believe me, you are not alone in having difficulty with finding some of the rarer cards, as it's been harder for ourselves to obtain rarer cards due to record numbers for the amount of individual cards per set. We sincerely apologise that you feel as though you have been sent weighed packs. I can assure you this is not the case. Are you please able to confirm your order reference number for me so that I can take a look at your previous orders with us? Kind Regards, Aaron, Magic Madhouse

A highly misleading product description, which they admit contained a formatting error, resulted in my 10 year-old son feeling duped out of over £20; he was absolutely devastated. Customer service have declined to offer any goodwill gesture to restore his faith in buying online and frankly an apology doesn’t mean much to a ten year-old who has lost his savings. Magic Madhouse has appalling business ethics - AVOID.
