Bought a few blister packs and some other pokemon items from these guys. Delivery was prompt but I was missing one of the blister packs that was supposed to be a bundle of 2 for sword and shield. I have emailed them twice on their contact form and once on messenger. I've had no email reply and my message on facebook hasn't even been delivered, so I doubt they even acknowledge their facebook messages. It would have been a better review, but the poor customer service is pretty disgraceful. No replies back at all? How can a company operate like this? I've used them for about 6 months, but this will be the last time. I much prefer chaos cards, their prices and customer service is much more reasonable.
