Mailmanager works great at filing and backing up emails, enabling quick search and retrieval of old emails.
However, it does reduce the speed of outlook, both opening the program and sending emails, and sometimes it disappears for no apparent reason. Not a reason against using it, just a minor aggrievance.
All together it's a very useful tool.
