I have been using Mail Manager for over 3 years or so now and find it saves me time. We don't use the system to its full potential but are happy with the way we utilise it. In the last year we moved to a cloud based storage system, which is not entirely compatible with Mail Manager, and there have been a few glitches but generally these get sorted out. There have been many enhances to the system over the years which we haven't utilized that I feel I need to book onto a training course or demo session. The response from IT has always been good and I haven't been left without the system for too long. Communication regarding updates etc has also been very good. All in all, I wouldn't want to be without the system and find it very easy to use.
