We are an A/E firm with and architectural department and four engineering departments. Our workflow is project based and Mail Manager has facilitated our ability to file emails, attachments and other data according to project across all departments. This has largely eliminate duplication of emails and attachments, has facilitated our PM's ability to quickly respond to Owner or GC requests for information, which has also increased our ability to solve problems as they arise rather than it taking a day or so for a group of people to sort through their personal emails, (because they didn't manually file them on the server where they were supposed to file them). This latter feature has improved our control of the work flow and construction process, and makes our Clients happier!
