Mail Manager allows all of our employees to have control over all project related emails no matter who they are sent to and have access even when they are out of the office. We now have an organized way to file and search theses documents. Plus, the software is easy to use and easy to train new users. I do not know how we would manage the ever growing email correspondence our firm receives without Mail Manager.
