As a small business with a lot of projects from a fairly small number of clients, filing them in the right place the first time is essential. Mail manager does this brilliantly, more often than not guessing right for a filing location, and retrieving e-mails from keywords is very easy. I have used this for over 15 years and I wouldn't be happy to operate without it.
