Really good application for organising emails into folders so that they can be viewed by the whole team. The application is easy to use with a range of personalisation settings. It nicely solves the problem of having important project information saved only to one person's email account.
It does slow down opening of Outlook by a few seconds (as Microsoft keeps reminding me) but this has never been a problem.
