Have been using this software since 2014 at least and it has never put a foot wrong. Far superior to the search facility built into the email software, the searches are extremely quick, customisable and accurate. The additional touches like "comments" and the "snip and send" enhance the utility of this software. Mail Manager is now so integral to our business, we wouldn't consider being without it.
