Kevin was so unbelievably condescending to my wife when she came in to look at options for a new washer that we will NEVER be using Mark's appliances going forward. At least not while Kevin is there. He talked down to her the entire time she was there, belittling her and insulting her intelligence. He made her feel incompetent after she mentioned that our past two wash machines have only managed to make it 5-6 years. Both have been cheaper brands/models and with a quick search online that is unfortunately VERY common life span for many poorly made appliances, not just washers. We wanted to finally get something higher quality that would last longer. We went with a SpeedQueen and found multiple salesmen at Terry's Appliances who were very friendly, and helpful, and never once did they talk down to me or my wife.
