“The delivery/installtion crew were very polite and had the old OTR microwave oven out and the new one installed far faster than I expected. The money spent for installation was well wort it!!”

“I bought several appliances from Mark's last fall. I had some continuing issues with my new washer but Mark worked with me to come up with a solution that made me very happy. They truly want to make the customer happy which is something you don't normally get from big box stores.It pays to shop local.”

“First time visitor as decided to stop on my way to another vendor. Was pleasantly surpised with the broad offering of upscale and brand kitchen (dishwasher, range, stove tops, convection ovens) and laundry (washer and dryer and associated) products. Purchased a dishwasher. Good financing option. Responsive and knowledgeable salesperson, who made the process easy select the product, arrange competitive financing, tee up a delivery date and consider service and warranty options.”

“Mary is a very nice and knowledgeable person. She answered all of our questions and was not 'pushy'. We told her what we needed and she made several excellent suggestions. One of them was perfect and we purchased it on the spot. You have an exceptional employee in Mary and should appreciate her.”

“Brent took my call on Saturday morning (4/5/25) looked up item (above stove microwave oven) I needed, confirmed it was in stock, & quoted the accurate price. I drove to your store & Abe found the item on line. It was in stock but at your warehouse a few blocks away. I purchased the oven then Abe kindly led the way for me to follow him to your storage warehouse, located the oven, and loaded into my car. I will definitely do business with Mark’s Appliance in the future & commend you on the helpful, excellent service I received from both Brent & especially Abe!!”
