“Everyone we’ve ever dealt with at Mark’s Appliance has been super helpful, honest, and patient with our decision making. The prices are always competitive and they were even willing to honor a price I had seen on their website two days prior that had since increased slightly due to normal price fluctuations. We have found Mark’s to be trustworthy in all of our experiences in buying from them and will continue to purchase our appliances there in the future.”

“We paid in fill the day after thanksgiving for a new refrigerator. Today is February 17. We still do not have a new refrigerator. The estimated delivery date has come and gone 3 times.”

“I worked with Abe over the phone to make the purchase and he was professional, timely and helped me out in a tight pinch. I picked up my new equipment today and he helped me load and unload which is very much appreciated. Excellent experience.”

“Kevin Wallace helped us through the process of picking out a range, micowave, and dishwasher that met all of our requirements. He answered all of our many questions and listen to our needs. He gave us space to look around and explore on our own. He is informational and not pushy at all. He also looked for discounts and explained all of our purchase options. Thank you Kevin!”

“Mark's Appliance carried the ADA compliant washer and dryer that I needed. The appliances arrived in the time period I was given. I appreciated knowing when they would be installed. The two men who delivered the appliances were courteous, very knowledgeable, and quite careful not to scratch the walls or flooring. I was given instructions on the use of the appliances and given the opportunity to ask questions. The washer and dryer are both wonderful. I appreciate knowing that I can call upon Mark's Appliance if there is a concern or problem. Several years ago my husband and I purchased a dishwasher from Mark's Appliance. I returned to Mark's Appliance for my washer and dryer because of the excellent service experienced before.”

“Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and very helpful. The delivery men were so kind and were very knowledgeable when explaining my washer functions. My whole experience was great! I have recommended Marks to others”
