“Our family went to Mark’s after spending over an hour the evening before at a big box store without even seeing a single employee during that entire time. Upon entering Mark’s Appliances, 3 different employees acknowledged us, and Abe came to ask a few questions about what we were looking for, and then indicated he would give us some time and space to explore. He provided advice, was honest about making recommendations he would put in his own home, and steered us away from options he didn’t believe would meet our family’s needs. Even when he was balancing other customers, he made sure we knew he was there for us. An absolute pleasure to shop at Mark’s!”

“Stopped in to purchase washer/dryer. Excellent info from Abe Harper. 30 minutes later we were wrapping up transaction and delivery date scheduled. Always great service at Mark's Appliance.”

“The knowledge of products is excellent, better than the box stores and attention to detail was wonderful to make sure we got exactly what would work in our kitchen. I also like the fact that they are a company that is part of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association, so I know they are a trusted source for me as a consumer. I highly recommend using them.”

“Hello! We have always had a great experience when working with anyone at Mark's Appliance, from Paula's help, Mark's assistance withloaning me a garbage disposal key to try out, to the workmen who arrived and found a small screw locking up the disposal (removed it, and put the original back in - worked just fine!). Again, thank you so much for your help and assistance! We really appreciate all of you!”

“Went looking to purchase a washer and dryer. Stopped at Home Depot and Lows and you have to order the washer and dryer. They have nothing in stock. Went to Mark’s Appliance and they will match any price and gave the items in stock.”
