Hello! We have always had a great experience when working with anyone at Mark's Appliance, from Paula's help, Mark's assistance withloaning me a garbage disposal key to try out, to the workmen who arrived and found a small screw locking up the disposal (removed it, and put the original back in - worked just fine!).
