Our family went to Mark’s after spending over an hour the evening before at a big box store without even seeing a single employee during that entire time. Upon entering Mark’s Appliances, 3 different employees acknowledged us, and Abe came to ask a few questions about what we were looking for, and then indicated he would give us some time and space to explore. He provided advice, was honest about making recommendations he would put in his own home, and steered us away from options he didn’t believe would meet our family’s needs. Even when he was balancing other customers, he made sure we knew he was there for us. An absolute pleasure to shop at Mark’s!
