“Abe's communication was terrible. I felt like I was constantly being lied to. I suggested purchasing another dishwasher to get the missing parts and he told me it doesn't work like that. However, after he stopped responding to emails and phone calls I escalated the poor service to a manager. Todd was AMAZING! He suggested buying another dishwasher locally and took the parts out of it that we were missing and had them to me within 2 days! Unfortunately, Todd's great communication and service did not make up for the overall horrible experience we had. I have already told several people not to ever use Mark's appliance. Including my design team and contractor. The design team said they never want to work with Mark's Appliance again because it is almost impossible to get spec sheets on the appliance from the company which causes delays in renovations. I do not know how you have been in service this long.”
Hi Jordan. Thanks for your review. I’m afraid you were the victim of a fluke instance in which the manufacturer did not package hardware for your panel ready dishwasher. We tried tirelessly to order that hardware, and was not receiving any help from Whirlpool/KitchenAid. Because it was a brand-new unit, the part itself was unavailable and on backorder, according to Whirlpool. I have already talked to my rep about this numerous times. We decided to order a whole new one just to get the hardware you needed before the date you requested. We have been in business this long because we do go the extra mile for our customers. Again, I’m sorry our manufacturers caused this issue by not packaging the appropriate parts, but we did take the necessary steps to make it right. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and I will talk to Abe to make sure no one feels like this again when doing business with us.

“Our sales person bordered on the side of being rude, when I stopped by your show room to check on our double oven delivery, your employees acted like I was bothering them. When our double oven was finally delivered, zero follow up by your company. Personally for me no way in hell would I buy anything from your store, and I’m happy to tell everyone I know not to shop your store!!!”

Also, when the installation crew came, they did not connect the exhaust and I called and sent a pic via text and the person told me it was strange, was I sure, this is not right. “I was shopping for a dishwasher and stopped by Mark's Appliances for pricing. I spoke with a gentleman named Abe. He provided pricing which was less than another business quoted. I mentioned how the dishwasher was placed in my kitchen and he asked if I could send some pictures to show how the dishwasher plumbing was situated. I sent him the pictures as he had requested and he mentioned he would get back to me as soon as his boss got out of a meeting. Abe never responded the rest of that day, nor the next or next. I was deeply disappointed.
I have since had a new dishwasher delivered from a local business and it has been installed without any issues.”

It is out of his character, but he took responsibility for this falling through the cracks. I do apologize for your time wasted on waiting on his reply that never came. “We purchased anew refrigerator and gas range from you because I felt we would get a good product and mostly good service. We are very disappointed with the range and service for the problems we have experience with it. We have tried what service suggested and still not getting good results. Backing still not backing evenly and burners still sometimes erratic. Not what I expected from Marks. Warranty getting close to Eden of time and still not happy with product. Refrigerator is fine. Would appreciate getting this resolved.”
