I've actually been waiting over three (3) years for a refrigerator that matches my stove and microwave. The previous customer service was terrible as they mismeasured and had to send the original refrigerator back and Jacob failed to return my calls nor missed scheduled appointments to return and, once again, measure the space for the appliance. I have never ever experienced such poor customer service. Now - I am working with a Todd, whom is much better and seemed concerned that this order has taken so long. Hopefully, we can get this corrected and I get a refrigerator after wiating over threee years.
